Epic Pharmacy are committed to supporting clinics from across Australia who do not have access to a local Section 94 or hospital pharmacy provider and proudly dispense for more than 1,400 registered doctors. We not only manage the supply of medication, but also provide relationship, clinical and logistical support including prescription reconciliation, administration and invoicing

Direct manufacturer to clinic system – Epic Pharmacy purchases the Botox vial and manages the stock with cold chain delivery direct from suppliers, ensuring that the integrity of the product is kept at the highest standard

Script dispensing – Patient scripts are supplied to Epic for dispensing following completion of a co-payment form. Botox and Dysport have strict dispensing regulations enforced by Medicare and can only be handled by pharmacies with an approved PBS dispensing licence. Epic Pharmacy is an approved Botox and Dysport dispenser

Stock reconciliation – Epic Pharmacy manage the PBS claim subsidy for this medication on the patient’s behalf and are therefore responsible for collecting the associated patient contribution (or co-payment)
