As Operational Excellence Lead, Kirsty is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency of Epic Pharmacy’s hospital pharmacy and retail operations.
Kirsty brings extensive experience across pharmacy leadership and ownership, medication safety and operational management to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Charles Sturt University and has more than 20 years of experience in both hospital and community pharmacy across three Australian states.
Kirsty maintains a strong passion for providing patient-centred care and exceptional medication safety and quality.
